The main floor has the queen bedroom suite, living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is a private King Master Suite. It boasts it's very own balcony for early morning or late evening quite time, a large updated bathroom, a King bed and a desk for your work needs. There is a porch off of the living room as well as the dining area. There is a grill as well as an outdoor dining table. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

You are welcome to apply for a trial membership but I would do it in advance to your stay and the fees are $4000+ just for the membership. There are other golf courses close by that are open to the public without the membership.

- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as "Pet Friendly" will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
