Used this hotel on a recent trip to Sapporo. I booked for the public bath as many other did not have that feature. It was clean and nice to use. This hotel chain has very small rooms. Please take that into consideration when booking. The location is a bit far from Susukino where much of the tourist focused activities are but you can access the subway to get there. If a bath is important to you, I’d go here. If you want more walkable convenience to stores and shops, I would book the hotel in Susukino.

It is a mixed feeling with this hotel. The service is excellent, but the staffs can barely speak English, we had to use Google translate all the time. But the main problem is the temperature of the room. It's not equipped to be adjusted in each room, it's all centralized. When it's 28℃ outside, the room is 25℃. When it is 19℃, the room is 22℃. The blankets are very comfortable but they're very thick. So I'm awake at night as it gets too hot. I guess it's probably much better to stay in this hotel in the winter. Other than the temperature issue, it's a decent hotel to stay in, it's around a 10 min walk to Sapporo station and 5 min walk to Kitajunijo station.

Hotel close to JR, 5 minutes walk. Staff were great, helpful and professional. Room size decent for Japanese standard, a little out dated but clean and comfortable. Pillows can be improved. Quiet area, amenities restocked daily. Public bath on 9th floor, with out door bath. Coins operated laundromat was very reasonably priced, 5kg capacity both washers and dryers.

Having stayed at a number of APA hotels, this one was similar to the others, but the room was a bit larger which was nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit older and not as clean as it should have been. We complained about a bad odor in the bathroom which was remedied. Otherwise, our overall assessment was positive.

Pros: the room is very spacious, compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. I can leave two mid-sized luggage open and still have enough space to do yoga. The location is about 7 minutes walk to the Sapporo station. It is convenient to catch train, subway or buses. Cons: The hotel needs some major renovation in my opinion. The carpet in the hallway has large areas of stains. The wall paper peeled off. In the guest room, the window curtains have tears. The bathroom walls have stains. The cushioned chairs have stains.
