Very convenient airport hotel, located right inside the domestic terminal with a huge range of shops and dining options inside. But it was the worst bed and pillows we have ever slept on - made for an awful nights rest. For this alone we wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent cleaning staff, convenient location to catch ski bus from airport the next Day. Breakfast varieties ok. Onsen is at another building and need to walk around 5 mins or so. Airport closes some section at 1130 so need to get back to the hotel by then

I am so glad I booked this hotel for my late flight arrival inti Chitose/Sapporo. Due to heavy snow I was able to go straight to my room in terminal while others had lots of issues due to arrival being after the last train into the city. Best to stay here overnight if arriving late from Tokyo/overseas.
