Helpful and friendly staff. The room was still stuffy after turned on high air-conditioning (the corridor was cooler than the room). Contacted the front desk and asked for room change. The staff offered another room on the same level, however the room condition was the same so we didn’t move to another room. The staff then offered a fan and we used the fan in the room. The breakfast was great and the hotel offered free onsen admission (the onsen is located on level 4, walkable within 5 mins). Convenient location for next day departure. Many restaurants and shops for food, especially for chocolates. There were public transport and hotel shuttle buses. We used the hotel shuttle bus and was very convenient and on time. It runs every 30 minutes.

Convenient for a quick layover, especially if you are renting a vehicle early the next day. The shops around the hotel closes at about 9pm though, so if your flight arrives late, you will be out of luck for dinner
