近代的、外国的なホテルです。 チェックインは事前に携帯で登録しておくと、本当に楽です。４桁の番号を確認しておくべき。 フロントはトナリエの4階。 ファイターズグッズが展示してありテンション上がります。 フロントには若いスタッフが２人くらいしかいません。 全て機械で自分で入力しなければならず、お年寄りにはキツイです。 ICカード無い人はフロントでカード借りれます。 朝食のブュッフェは、3000円近くしますが、かなり豪華な朝食です。 後からでもフロントで追加出来ました。 風呂はバスタブが無くシャワーのみ。トイレの奥に個室シャワーがあります。 前面台はベットの横についてます。 エレベーターに乗るときも、カードをかざさないと、ボタンが押せません。 とにかく新しいので少し狭いかもしれないけど、綺麗です。

今回は、恵庭の友人に会うため予約したのですが、ファイターズファンでもあるので、ホテル内がファイターズカラーなのが嬉しかったです！ 客室内も清潔でスタイリッシュで、まさかのデッキもあって、大満足でした。 ひとつだけ。。 入り口の電気が感知センサータイプと知らず、寝る時にスイッチを探しました。 フロントに聞くにも案内を読んだらチャット？だったので、なんとなくLINE繋げるのはな。。と、やめてしまったのですが。。 感知センサーのライトというコトが、わかりやすいとありがたかったなと思います。 あと、フロントに連絡する手段も、入り口にあった案内を読まないと分かりにくいのも、気になりました。 部屋に入って、ちゃんとみなさんが最後まで読んでないと思うので、 ほんとに困った時にあれをすぐに見つけられないのは怖いな。。と思いました。 改善できるのであれば、いいかと思いました。 ホテルもスタッフさんも文句なしでした！ また伺います！

今回２度目の利用。前回同様エスコンフィールドで野球観戦の為の宿泊でした。部屋もファイターズルームでテンションアップです。バスタブがないのが少し不満。 ホテル下に球場粋のバス乗り場があり非常に便利です。 観光やグルメ目的の宿となると、やはり札幌を拠点にしたほうが良いと思います。

スーツケースを下に置きたくないので、スーツケースラックがほしい。フロントに聞きたいことがあっても電話も電話番号もないのでフロントに行くかメールでの対応なので時間がかかりすぎる。 朝食会場で30分待ち、案内されてブッフェを取りに行くとサラダが何もなく補充もされない。店員さんは凄く忙しそうで余裕がなくコーヒーを頼むのにも気をつかう。朝食を食べるだけで1時間40分くらいかかり、エスコンフィールドの先行入場に間に合わなかった

車での、当日に宿泊をとりました。 フロントがなく、自分でタブレット端末でチェックインなので、少し戸惑いましたが、すぐ教えてくださりたすかります。 これからの時代はこのようになって行くのだなあと考えさせられました。 ホテルにはファイターズ好きな人にはたまらないでしょうね。個人的には、浴槽があれば嬉し買ったんですが、車であればいい温泉♨️も近くにあります。ベッドも良く、腰が痛くない！ 駐車場🅿️は一泊で1500円でした。 夕食はホテル下のフードコートで、モツ煮、クリームレバーだと思いますが、美味しかったです、また泊まりたいです。
