野球観戦野ため宿泊しました。立地や施設は良いのですがチェックインの方法は改善してほしいです。顧客がその場で住所等入力するので慣れない方はかなり時間がかかっていました。 チェックインにあんなに並ばされたのは久しぶりでした。

新築でとてもきれいで、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。室内はインテリアもシンプルでお洒落なデザインでした。余分な物を設置してないので清潔感ありました。電話で寝間着の問い合わせをした時、「無い」という返事でしたが、「部屋には無いがフロントにはガウンがある」ときちんと説明した方がいいと思います。言葉が日本人ではなかったようでしたが。ガウンの素材は色々あるかと思いますが、素肌に気持ち良く利用できました。

チェックイン時に、駐車場のサービス券を貰える事や、2泊目以降使用済みのバスタオルを希望があれ新しいものに交換できる事が説明がなかった。 ホームページに表記されていると言われると仕方ないが、現地である程度の説明が欲しかった。 部屋に入ると冷蔵庫の中に食べかけのポテトチップスが入っており、掃除片付けが行き届いていなかった。 泊まった部屋が扉がある部屋で隣りと繋がっているみたいで、最終日に隣りに泊まった人達の会話や笑い声がまる聞こえで不快で眠れなかった。 新しいホテルだから綺麗だけど色々と簡素化しすぎて印象は良くなかった。

駅の目の前でアクセスが良い。(徒歩1分) バスタブはなくシャワーのみ 焼鳥やジンギスカンなどの店はあるが、朝食を食べるところがない(コンビニのみ) チェックアウト時間が重なるとエレベータが混雑し 乗れない事がある(通過してしまう) 部屋は新しくてすごくキレイ
