The manga room with all the books was cool to see. Staff were very friendly. The location is not bad, lots to do around the hotel. Hotel room was clean. The internet was spotty, at least in my room on the 8th floor. The TV is a bit outdated but that is something that is minor. Great, affordable spot to stay. Would likely stay in this hotel again when in Sapporo.

Nice, clean room, and nice staff. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more! Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints! Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

Right in the middle of Sapporo!

It was a pleasant two night stay. The location is right in the middle of downtown Sapporo where most must visit spots are within walking distance.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!

The hotel was very conveniently located, a short walk from Nakajima Kouen subway station, and although the room was small it was perfectly acceptable for our trip. The in-hotel hot spa was a great way to relax in the evenings after wandering around in -6°C (21°F) snowy weather outside. There's only one hot spa, however, so they alternate between men and women's use so, as a man, I typically had to go at midnight. The main issue for us was that the bed was extremely hard, as were the pillows. While this wasn't an issue for me, by the end of our stay my wife had developed a bad back from sleeping on it.

7 days stay for leisure tourism and relaxation

It's annoying that have this rule that you have to put the don't disturb sign so they don't open your door at 10:30am, if you miss it they will open your room and wait for you to confirm if you want it cleaned, and if you do, you need to be out of the room by 12pm or they dont clean it. Room was too small, but plus side is there is a public bath in the hotel which is a unique feature, you just seem to smell like chlorine after you get out though even if you wash again. Hotel also had bike rentals probably the best thing about them, since you could bike around Sapporo.
