While i did not have control of the room’s climate: i could stop heating and open the window if i wanted cooler temperature. The hotel was across a Beautiful park, about 5 minutes walk from their trolley services, and about 10 minutes from restaurants.

When we arrived, We went to the wrong hotel, Hotel mystays Sapporo najima park instead of Annex. So be sure to check your booking properly before making your way to your hotel. Good thing it was nearby and we were by car so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. When we reached the hotel, it’s smaller than the other hotel and it wasn’t able to accommodate parking for our car. It has a specific height and width requirement for car parking which I overlooked. The staff provided with a parking map and guide to indicate where we could park our car, which was useful. Based on the map, there are a few parking spots nearby the hotel but it’s really based on availability. Some days when parking if full, we had to park further back. The hotel itself has a quiet and safe environment. The room is Clean and has the basic amenities we needed. There are tea bags provided. Other things like, shower cap etc can be taken on self-service at the lobby. Ice, microwave, laundry services and vending machines are located at level 2 of the hotel. Our room was conveniently located at level 2. No water dispenser available. Perhaps it would be great if there is a change coin machine for laundry mat too. The room adequately fits us, a family of 2 adults with 2 small children. The kids are happy as long as there is a bathtub. Staff is friendly and professional, ready to assists us when we needed any help. Overall we had a good stay!

Great place to stay

The hotel was clean and well kept. It was close to the subway station in Nakajima Park. Cheaper than the other larger hotels but still a great value. There is also a common room on the second floor which was good for our group!

Good place with reasonable price. The location is a little bit far from the subway station NakajimaKoen, but still within easily walkable distance. You can get to Susukino by around 20-25 min of walking from the hotel so it is not a problem. Clean room, friendly staff.

Fine stay, annoyed by key policy

Overall the hotel is fine. It is comfortable and clean. Good wifi. The staff at the front are friendly and helpful. I was annoyed by the fact that I was told that I would be charged 500 JPY for a lost KEY CARD, which the hotel has hundreds of. Also the cleaning staff didn't have the sharpest people. Not a bad hotel. Just don't lose your key card...
