It was last minutes reservation, however the receptionist managed to find our reservation soonest. She assigned a very nice room, equipped with a massage chair on high floor. We stayed very comfortably. Thank you very much.

宿泊先はアーケード街に直結してて、ホテルロビーからコンビニに行けるので、便利。 基本的な不満は無し。 服を洗濯する設備だけが無いため、スポーツ目的な人は近くのコインランドリーを探す事になりますが、札幌駅からのアクセスも良く、ホテル内は清掃が行き届いており綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

1階に24時間オープンのコンビニがあり、とても便利です。安価に宿泊できるのに、立地が便利で、スタッフの方も大変親切です。翌日洞爺湖温泉へ行くススキノからのバス停がわからず相談したところ、忙しい中にもかかわらず、丁寧に教えてくださいました。

接客は笑顔で丁寧、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝ごはんのバイキングもとても美味しくて満足です。 設備は古くてもとてもキレイでした。 壁は少し薄いのかお隣や廊下から騒いだときや子供の泣き声など時々聞こえましたが ずーっとではないのでそんなに気になるほどでもありませんでした。 立地場所もよく、あちこち行くのに便利でした。 また利用させていただきたいと思います ありがとうございました

サービス&立地は良いですよ

フロントの方の対応もスマートで気持ちよかったです。狸小路のアーケードに直結しているので、食事などに出掛ける際、雪の中を歩かなくてもすむ点も良かったです。コンビニが一階にあるのも良かったです。 部屋に広さはシングルなら妥当なところかと…清潔で過ごしやすかったですが、暖房を入れて寝れない身としては、毛布は欲しかったですね。

地鐵站上來 位於狸小路⑥旁，逛街好方便，1樓又與全家超商相通再走個1~2分鐘又有7-11，真的很便利！此次入住的房間空間又大，廁所也大，有別於以往的入住的小空間。飯店門口的正對面即有巴士站S32，回程可直達新千歲機場，飯店櫃台即可購票，櫃檯人員很NICE，房務員阿桑也很NICE，值得推薦^^

체크인 시 직원이 상세한 설명을 해주지 않음. 화장실 욕조에 머리카락이 떨어져 있어 청결 상태가 좋지 않음. 체크 아웃날 당일 아침에 방안에 전기가 나갔기 때문에 매우 불편하였음. 호텔 프런트 직원에게 설명해줘도 잘 알아듣지 못하였기 때문에 매우 실망했음. 숙박하면서 전기가 나가는 정도로 상태가 안좋은 호텔은 처음이었음.
