・トイレにウォシュレットが欲しかった ・洗濯機の注水のホースが蛇口につながらず、直接洗濯槽に注水して使いました。 ・物干しの竿やロープが無くて 洗濯物を干すのが大変だった（コンビニでナイロン紐を買ってきて対応） ・携帯など充電の際、コンセントが 使いにくい。 ・お風呂にシャワーカーテンが無くて 洗い場が水浸しに。 後は、おおむね良好。

お風呂の排水溝の流れが悪くシャワーを浴びていると水が上がってくる。 場所は凄く良く繁華街までも歩いて行けるので立地は良いです！

wifi無し、下水とカビの臭いがあった

wifi無し、炊飯器無し、鏡は風呂場のみ、洗濯機有るが乾燥機無し。部屋の時計は電池切れで動かなかった。総合的に大変残念なお部屋でした。 到着時に気になったのが、部屋に下水とカビの臭いが充満しており、換気しても2日間眠れない程臭かった。長い間人が滞在せず放置されていた部屋だったと思う。窓枠の下には蜘蛛の巣と虫の死骸が沢山あり、自腹で除菌ペーパーとパイプユニッシュ買ってきて部屋中掃除した。 トイレのカビ臭さは数日取れませんでした。 2週間近い滞在で、金額も全部払ってしまっていたのでキャンセル出来ず仕方なく滞在したが、この金額でwifiが無いのは致命的です。 ここよりも安い金額でもっときれいでwifi完備のホテルは沢山あります。どういうコンセプトでどのような客層を狙っているのか分かりませんが、設備と部屋の状態と金額がまったく釣り合わないと思った。 短期滞在でしたら、事前に管理会社に連絡して、部屋の換気と水回り全部に水を流してもらって下水の臭いを無くしてもらう方がいいです。 長期滞在の方は、wifiが無いので仕事には向かないと思います。 立地と管理会社の方の対応はとても良かったが故に、大変残念に思いました。
