今回は、７日の宿泊だったのですが、バスタオル１枚、フェイスタオル１枚だけで全く足りなかったです。 ３日以上の宿泊者にはせめて２セットあったら嬉しかったです。 洗濯機があったので、こちらの物件にしたのですが、洗剤はなく、洗った洗濯物も干す場所がなく困りました。（洋服かけるハンガリーで掛けました。） 洗剤は、一回一回使用できるような物があったら嬉しかったです。 1週間しかいないのにボトルの洗剤を購入しなければいけませんでした。 料金がかかったとしても、洗濯洗剤が常備されていたら嬉しかったです。 それ以外は、問題なく地下鉄からも近くスーパーもありとても便利ロケーションでした。 札幌は、故郷なのでまたそちらにお世話になれたらと思います。

Expedia masks email addresses in chats with properties, so you’ll have to figure out how to get the company’s email in the first place. I was able to overcome this with my Japanese friends’ help, but without that, you may need to send an international text message! For the property, my room was non-smoking, but my neighbor smoked, so it still smelled of smoke! I don’t know if they were allowed to or not. When I arrived, some surfaces had dust, like the desk. It was very very slight and I didn’t mind it, but others may. The room cleaner for my room is very punctual on the check-out time. Make sure to check out before your appointed time else he will be upset! I did all my communication in Japanese, so I can’t comment on any English capabilities of the property. They did send check-in instructions in English. Also the room cleaner can tell you to get out of the room in English.

ワンルームタイプの民泊です。 地下鉄菊水駅からすぐで、２４時間営業のスーパーとコンビニも近くにあり便利でした。 周辺に飲食店はあまりないようですが、すーは少し歩けばトリトンがありますし、地下鉄で大通りへも２駅なので便利です。 ちなみに札幌は地下鉄がやや高いので、土日祝と年末年始限定ですが1日に3回以上乗るならドニチカキップがお得です。 建物は古さは若干感じますが、お部屋はちゃんとリフォームされ衛生的でした。 何より洗濯機があるので着替えの荷物が少なくて済みます。ハンガーも沢山ありました。(洗剤は持参かコンビニなどで購入の必要はありますが) トイレはウォシュレットがないので、気になる方は向かないかもしれません。

I try to contact Royal Heights Kikusui Station last week but have no reply. I believe there is a small battery shaver (Sanyo) left on the table in the room or in the bathroom or on the floor. If the house owner find it, please inform me and I will arrange my friend to pick it up/send it back. Thank you!
