最大問題是酒店的洗髮露，用了後頭髮打結超嚴重，還掉了很多頭髮，哭q_q。 The hotel shampoo made my hair severely tangled, and I lost a lot of hair trying to brush it out. It was heartbreaking. I highly recommend long-haired ladies to bring your own shampoo when staying here.

I only had two transactions with the staff in the 5 days I was. Checkin & out. Room was very clean. Comfy bed & pillows. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside, there were many restaurants ajoining it, with loads of people coming & going. But once in the lift to your room it was very quiet. Bang in the centre of the Susukino area. Restaurants & bars just a 50 meter walk away. Susukino is the 'happening' area of Sapporo.

삿포로에서 가성비나 위치 고려할 때 우선순위로 꼽을 만한, 괜찮은 호텔이라 생각합니다. 우선 스스키노 중심가에 있는 위치가 너무 좋고, 객실은 (일본 호텔답게) 그리 널찍하진 않지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고 편의성 면에서 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 조식도 가격 대비 구색이나 맛 모두 훌륭한 편이라고 생각합니다. 더불어 고쿠사이, 테이네 등의 스키장에 가는 (유료예약제) 셔틀 버스의 승차 지점 중 하나이기 때문에 삿포로 인근 스키장을 방문하려는 분들께도 적극 추천합니다.
