Staff was very nice and polite. Building was very clean. Service was quick and efficient. The hotel was a little difficult to find on Google maps and brought up their other location. However, everything that the staff could control was excellent. Would recommend.

You get more than what you pay for, this hotel is located near Nakajima park, one of the most relaxing and beautiful park I have visited. Within walking distance there are many delicious restaurants at your choice, from local street food to high-end cuisines. Although there is a small distance from the subway station, it’s manageable and given the quiet environment the walk is pretty enjoyable too.

We’d give it another chance!

Either this hotel is new or they have really kept up with the cleanliness. I really couldn’t believe we paid $23/night for a hotel to be this nice. The bathroom was spacious and the rooms were decent. I was even able to store my big suitcase underneath the bed as it had a slot just for it. I will say, majority of the staff were nice but we had a small issue with one young lady. We booked for only 1 night as we had intentions on going to another city but ended staying so we rebooked for 2 more nights. We weren’t aware of the fee for having another person on the reservation. I wish that was more clear during booking or check in. The young lady was pretty frustrated with us as we explained to us that this wasn’t mentioned during our first check in. Imagine being woken up to the front desk telling you to come down and pay a fee for a second person. That’s my only issue with this hotel. Please make these fees more clear or aware of during check in!

お部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ただベットの高さが高く、ベットに座ってくつろぐ事が出来ず歩き疲れた時に座れないのはちょっとしんどかったかな？ 朝食も温かい物が食べれたし味付けもとても良かったです。

スタッフの対応はまあまあでした、 受付にいた若い男性の方は物腰柔らかく丁寧でしたが、1人外人ぽいスタッフがいるが話し方があまり好きではなかった。 とげのあるかんじで、 1番の不満は、部屋にいくまでの廊下と及び風呂内が何故かニンニク臭が充満しており耐え難いものでした。 慣れたらそこまで気にならないが、初めは辛かった。 かつ風呂場は薄暗く不気味感が漂っていて個人的にゆっくり入れなかった。 音楽をかけたり照明を明るくするなり、装飾品をおいてほしいとおもった。 リピートはないかな。 あと田舎なこともあり蛾が、すごかった。 朝起きて車に乗ろうとすると、車のボンネットや上や道路に、蛾の死骸が大量に落ちていて、これは田舎あるあるかもしれないが不快でした。
