Hotel is right in the heart of Susukino. Room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Really close to a train station and many attractions in Susukino. Would stay at again on my next visit to Sapporo.

I'm satisfied with my 17 days stay. Because I got stranded at New Chitose Airport I contacted the hotel if it's possible to do a late check-in after 12:00 am, which I was allowed to do. The hotel staff was super friendly and had already prepared everything for the check-in. The room was pretty small and there wasn't a safe, but it was enough for me. The cleaning of the room was better than in the previous hotels I visited in Japan and the breakfast was good too. Especially the bread and the custard pastry was super delicious. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an affordable place to sleep and easy access to the main sight seeing spots in Sapporo. I'm planning to stay at this hotel next year again if prices remain the same.

Have stayed in a couple of Sotetsu Fresa Inn's in Japan so knew what to expect. This was no different, friendly and helpful staff at check-in and a very clean and comfortable room, the bed especially so (which also had a soft pillow!). An easy 20 minute walk from Sapporo station.

Clean, quiet very convenient gateway to Hokkaido.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which was brilliantly located at about two yards from the subway station entrance! It was a good base for exploring Hokkaido. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The breakfasts were very good.
