Stayed for 3 nights. Quite friendly staff and the room was nice and clean when I got there. It’s in a very convenient spot for people with a lot of luggage, only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway entrance and it has an escalator.

Tokyo Stay Odori Park is in a fantastic location short walk from trains, food and shopping. The hotel was very clean and staff were lovely. Thanks for a great stay!

Average hotel in a great location

This hotel is well located. The room is basic but clean. There is a washer and dryer in room but it takes almost 4 hours per load. There was no room service. The bed was a little stiff. Staff was meh and did not speak English very well. It's on the cheap side, so you pay for what you get.

Got almost everything we wanted & none that we didn’t want. Very well located for the Snow Festival attractions but at a price. Having a washer-dryer in the room was very useful. Although the bathroom was clean, there was a musty smell

親切方便CP值高的旅館

這次旅程由其中一晚是去登別住宿，但隔日還是會回來續住，飯店非常親切讓我們行李能寄放一晚，我們就不用扛大行李箱奔波，真的超級感謝! 另外如果要從大通地鐵站坐電梯上來，可以從10號出口，旁邊有一個站式麵攤，在旁邊書店那邊可以坐電梯上來就不用扛行李爬樓梯了

Hotel facilities were good and rooms well appointed. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet. The hot food was not hot which lowered the choice of options. Overall, convenient for shops and very clean.
