Nice central hotel, very friendly, knowledgable staff. Fair sized, clean, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. Close to the Sapporo TV Tower--if you're coming for the Winter Festival, Odori Park is only one minute away. Ask the front desk for dining recommendations--they know the area very well and always came up with great places. Next door is a wonderful, authentic Italian pizzeria with a very nice wine list. This hotel is a winner. We absolutely loved having a washer dryer in our room. No waiting in line for an available machine in a normal hotel laundry facility. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Very pleased with our stay. Even extended it one additional night!

Very clean, helpful staff. Convienient location, walkable to every amenity, only downside is rooms are too small. We ordered a deluxe twin room, it has a washer machine and a very small induction unit for heating up soups
