The building seems to be relatively new. It is very clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Several main dishes to choose from and plenty of other things to eat. Overall a good place to stay in Sapporo.

Tokyu Stay is one of my favourite japanese hotels. This stay was just as great with the location just beside Tanukikoji shopping street and TV Tower. The room is definitely on the smaller side but has all the amenities and a washer + dryer. Although prices were pretty insane due to winter festival, would definitely stay again.
