Um Recanto no Paraíso

Em sua maior parte o imóvel é excelente. Observações para a suíte externa à casa que merece ao menos um ventilador de teto e precisa de reparos urgentes por conta de uma infiltração que a deixa com cheiro de humidade (não nos atrapalhou porque não necessitamos utilizá-la). Outro ponto que merece atenção é o chuveiro elétrico da suíte interna da casa pois não está operando o aquecimento da água,aguá essa que sai aos pingos. Considerando que único fogão da casa está na área externa da casa, seria interessante um fogareiro ou cooktop na cozinha, para o caso de chuva o que prejudicaria refeições externas. Algumas lâmpadas da parte externa da casa estão queimadas e a do quarto interno está com mau contato. Mas, como se pode observar, as falhas são pontuais e de muito fácil resolução. Recomendo e certamente voltarei, contando que o feedback oferecido, pelo contato que tive com o proprietário, serão certamente resolvidos!
