OK stay, promised parking spot impossible to reach

The hotel is quite central in Sarajevo which is nice, however our stay was a bit overshadowed in that the parking spot that was promised was absolutely impossible to enter unless you had a terrain vehicle as it meant climbing a 30 cm (1 ft) kerb. Normal vehicles will not be able to park here, and we had to pay about 40 euros for parking despite being promised free parking
