Poor service hotel

Difficult to find - had to go to a nearby hotel to get help to find ours. No signage. On top of a cafe- didn’t get the twin beds we wanted. No soap in bathroom, staff barely spoke English. Didn’t get room service unless requested and even that was very minimal. Would not stay here again.

Vasat

Konumu merkezi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve yatağı rahattı. Ancak bir aile oteli değil. Bebeğimiz var. Rahat yatalım diye 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptık ancak bize 2 kişilk oda verdiler ve odayı değiştirmediler. Ayrıca ticaret ahlakları zayıf. Rezervasyon ağlarını genişletmek için girişim yapıyorlar ancak işlem hatalarının maddi kaybını misafire yüklüyorlar. Çok büyük bir kaybımız olmadı ama bence hiç etik değil.
