Manager needs to go!

The hotel is excellent, with a great view of Mango Beach. The female staff member was great. She even helped me rent a scooter. She has a great attitude of her. However, I decided to rebook another night through hotels that come. That is when the nightmare comes. The manager called me in the morning to say I needed to switch rooms because that room was already reserved for someone else. This did not make any sense to me. I told him that I had booked an extra night before. I told him it was necessary to move. That was when he was aggressive and said to leave the room now and started yelling in Albania. This guy was the rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Also, I paid a higher amount through Hotels.com. When You go there, the prices are about 20 dollars cheaper per night. They tend to remove the sign during check-in and put it up during the day. Another bad thing is that you must pay to use the beach, bearly any room for lying on the sand with towels. After the headache of moving one of the staff members apologized to me for the manager stating that the manager was stressed out and that was why he reacted aggressively towards me.

Nice staff and hotel

I spent 3 nights there with my wife and it was great. It’s a new hotel at a nice location! The staff was very nice and friendly to us. In my opinion the only thing that was not good was the breakfast.

Ist sehr nah an vielen Restaurants und Strände alles zu Fuß begehbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer hatte keine Müller einmer das sollte die Leitung vielleicht in Betracht ziehen aber am Sonaten ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel wir hatten eine extrem schöne Zeit
