The house was great with everything we needed and in the perfect location close to Siesta Key, shopping and restaurants. There were a few issues during our stay, but Barbara was very responsive and accommodating.

Almost everything you think of is there

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. The host makes it convenient to travel with only the necessities. Home is updated and comfy size for a family. Amazing and great price point. We will consider coming back to the area again and staying here.

Great stay at this property. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Great layout two bedroom in the bathroom on one side of the house and then a master bedroom with his own bathroom on the other side for large groups. The pool was very nice as well as it had a barbecue and a covered area for those that don’t want to be out in the sun..

Awesome house

The house was wonderful, everything was clean and it had everything we needed! The pool was awesome we loved it and the lanai. The host was wonderful to deal with and great at communicating. The location is wonderful, it’s close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I can’t say enough good things about it, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great trip. The kids loved being able to swim all day all night. The house was super cute and comfortable. There was plenty of towels for both the beach and showering. There was beach supplies in the garage so we didn’t need to buy stuff while we were there.

Little paradise

The property was beautiful and super clean ,the neighborhood looks a little big run down however it was very peaceful. The air conditioner seems new even though do not cools the house since one of the windows by the dining area do not close. Other than that I will definitely comeback to that property.

Second time in that house

Absolutely gorgeous house. That’s our second time staying in this house really close to siesta key and other beaches. Big deep pool👍 Has a lot of stuff for kids chairs umbrella also in the garage. The house across the street that some people are complaining it’s nothing bad just regular people living there with a bunch of cars But they are nice and quiet.

Great family home!

Our family of 6 stayed in this home and it was roomy enough for all of us! The host provided plenty of pool towels and toys for everyone to enjoy. The hot water lasted long enough for all of us to shower. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to eat breakfast and lunches at “home”. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!

Convenient location

The location of the house is convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood has some rundown looking houses, but was quiet. I had to initiate all communication with the host. The host was prompt in responding, but I was worried because the day of check-in I still did not have the check-in information. I sent them another message, and then they sent me the information. The pool was nice and clean, we enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. Overall, a nice place to stay, just wish the communication was better.

Great property

The house was nicely laid out with master at one end and guest rooms at other. The neighborhood is ok, but the real bonus here is the back of the house. It opens onto a lanai with heated (pay extra for heat) pool and a small canal-like manmade lake running behind. The abundant wildlife (white and glossy ibis, wood storks, herons, several varieties of ducks, Sandhill cranes, anahingas, turtles etc) was fabulous. It’s a pretty busy area, so this backyard oasis was particularly welcome. House furnishings seem pretty new. We found the beds to be pretty firm, but that’s a matter of taste. This is close to lots of things to do. We had a good month there.
