GULF VIEW from the front of the property, 2 Min walk to the beach. Unit opens to pool and deck area. Gas grill. Free WiFi; free laundry access on-site; fenced in yard for sunbathing next to pool. A Ray of Sunshine

Great location on AMI. We were in the studio unit 3 and loved being able to step outside our door to the pool. There are nice 4 person tables with umbrellas as well as lounge chairs. Pool was nice and warm. Nice beach towels provided and available chairs for the beach were no problem at all. Grill worked great and was fun to have by the pool. Loved being so close to the beach as well. The keypad for entry was nice and easy for coming and going, as well as check in and check out. Jill was overly easy to communicate with and was quite helpful before, during and upon leaving. Bed was super comfy and clean. Loveseat was too. Was able to meet the kind and friendly cleaners and all the neighbors. Impressed by all!

Cute studio across the street from the beach. Pool was nicely heated but sand damage with discoloration exists and will be addressed. Window air conditioners are loud. Nice unit for a short stay. Windaddressed

Perfect studio apartment for two, steps from the beach

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at Jill's unit. We loved the layout and design of her place. The unit was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed. Despite the "studio" layout, the unit felt more spacious than we expected, and we felt we had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool area is cozy and inviting, and the availability of the washer/dryer was a huge plus. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the residents of the four units to use. The best thing about this place may be its proximity to the beach! You are literally steps away from the gorgeous white, powder sand and teal blue waters of Bradenton Beach. This is a place I would recommend to any couple or party of two, and I hope to visit again someday!

This property is literally steps from the beach which is wonderful but the two window A/C units were not enough to keep apartment cool, could not sleep very well because of this AND THE BED NEEDS REPLACING!!

Perfect Studio Bungalow

We had a great experience renting from Jill. She was super accomodating and checked on us to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The rental was spotless and exactly as pictured. Although it is a studio, it seems larger due to the great use of space. It's location was super close to the beach and within walking distance to Bridge Street. We hope to rent again!

First Stay at this Property

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We did wish there was a curtain or door separating the kitchen area from the bedroom/sitting room for early morning risers. The bed is very close to the door which took some getting used to. Any concerns that came up were quickly handled by the owners. Next time we would choose a two bedroom unit. Access to the beach was awesome - about 100 steps away from the water.

Summer Vacation

The property was just as listed. Walk less than 100 ft and you’re on a beautiful white sand beach. The trolley has a north and south bound stop within 75 ft of the cottage. Jill communicates very well and ensures your stay is going well. Will be staying again.

Awesome experience!

The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach (you literally have to just cross a street and you’re there). Jill was also an extremely helpful and responsive host! We would absolutely stay here again.

This is an outstanding location, I never actually counted, but incredibly close to the beach. Quiet area, but several resturants and bars in easy walking distance. Also a great local gift shop. Room was excellent, with a well equipped kitchen. Communication was also outstanding, we had a slight bit of trouble finding out door(#3), and help was immediate. Our room wasn't actually hard to find, accessed from pool deck, I was just reluctant to go through a gate w/o confirmation. 100% will stay here again.

1st Annual Sister Trip

We had a great time on Anna Maria Island. The room looked exactly as pictured... It's cute and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and Jill was just a quick text away.
