The single floor villa was big, clean, and everything worked. Quiet area. Katie kept me onformed. Great communication. The pool claims heated but it was cold. Will def stay here again

They were great at communicating and helping us with any problem along the way. The place definitely could have been a little cleaner. I did have to vacuum after we arrived and mop the floor.

Lovely condo in Sarasota

Property was as advertised. It’s a clean home with appropriate amenities. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts are nearby. It’s very convenient to local beaches and kayaking. The only issue we had was with contact with the property owner in terms of quickness of response to our concerns. We only had a few minor questions, but did not get answered in a timely manner. Otherwise it’s a lovely home and perfect for our stay in Sarasota.
