I never checked in. The website said it was pet friendly and it wasn't. I'm very disappointed. Still waiting for refund. Your website is misleading. I'm contacting the better business bureau on this. I wanted to reserve the room and your website took me to booking instead. I'm tired of being ripped off.

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I never even checked in. He was just that rude. I would never prefer anyone to that property ever!!!! He has the nastiest attitude ever. An i don't want to edit my review. It's in the heart of 14th street. So i guess he feels like all American people are bad. He doesn't give people chances. He judge you before he knows you. An that is very bad....

No sign for motel. Had to rely on GPS and ring a bell at the office to ask and get key. Thought it was a hotel, but was motel. Air conditioner/heater was in wall unit - noisy. When leaving couldn’t find my 2 bags of organic nuts. I had placed them in front of Tv and didn’t move them after for any reason - room deposit was returned - no problem

NEVER EVER AGAIN! very dirty motel!

I would never book in this property again! They declined my employees card and wouldnt take mine. Made him find an ATM for deposit after he got dropped off at the Motel. people are very unprofessional!!!
