Filthy. Urine stains on mattress along with black mold, and hair. Staff were ambivalent and could careless. Cannot get anyone from hotel to call me back because they were supposed to refund me but did not. BEWARE. Not what you would expect from Hilton. So disguisting.

I did not feel the room was of a Hilton standard. I expected more for what I paid. The room was small. No drawers for our clothes. Room didn’t even have a microwave. The staff were wonderful though and the pool was nice.

Great place close to Siesta Key. Everyone here is just having a good time, the pool is nice and has a great bar. The shuttle service to Siesta is a riot. Not that much blood at all! 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel was in a convenient area. Easy to get to siesta key. We were originally scheduled to stay in a condo on Siesta Key for a month but due to the hurricane we were unable to do so. So much devastation. So this was a last minute booking.

Good location. Access to pool and hot tub. Be advised. The website says breakfast and shuttle available. While this is true, potential guests should be aware that the shuttle is not free; tips only. And breakfast consists of bagels, cereal - hot and cold - muffins, coffee, OJ, and water. No eggs, bacon or potatos. Also, this hotel was formerly a Best Western. That being said, if you need a place to stay close to Siesta Key, go for it. 👍

The outside of the building is repainted and looks good. The inside is worn down. The room was a double queen that for safety sake should have been a single. There was a lot of furniture crammed in there making everything seem so much tighter. The barroom was so small that the door had to be cut out so it wasn’t blocked from closing by the toilet. The pool was nice and warm but the sides need a good scrubbing. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool towels were hand towels and you had to take 4 to be able to cover a chair or dry off. They were rough as well. The coffee was cold and did not taste good. The staff that were working were very nice though. The beds were overly soft with bed linen that was clean, but extremely worn.

Good but could be better

Clean! However, shower temperature was very spotty. You either burned or froze. We did tell the agent on departure. Breakfast was very high in carbohydrates with the only protein some yogurt but with fruit sugars. Lack of shade around the pool except for two tables. Limited number of lounge chairs.
