Arrived to property on first day of reservation. Sat down on the furniture and was immediately bitten by bugs. Had to depart immediately and incur the expense of staying at a different location for our trip. See photo for exterior of property -- appears to not have been maintained in many months with grass reaching height of 2 feet, complete with pile of yard trash with crumpled "for rent" sign. Host refused to provide any refund whatsoever because we could not provide "proof of bugs."

Helpful manager

The house was clean. The towels were very stained. I contacted the property manager, and he immediately ordered me new towels from Amazon.I really needed the back yard for my dog but the weeds and grass were really high so I couldn’t use it seeing as my dogs are only 4 lbs and the weeds were taller than them . The front has no grass at all.

Perfect place for what we needed!

The property was in a great location in Sarasota! Had just what we needed for a comfortable place to clean up, sleep, and make breakfast before we headed out for the day. The property manager was super helpful and responsive!

Good location, close to everything!

This was a Snowbird trip for a few months. House was small, but cozy. It had most things we needed, if not, Duane was quick to respond and get us what we asked for. The area was close to the airport, and a Walmart Neighborhood Market store (walking distance). Also, the property was an easy drive to the Lido beaches and not far from the Anna Maria Island beaches. We especially liked the outdoor porch which was screened in and shaded. If you want to be close to most of Sarasota's attractions and airport, this is a prime location!

Wonderful Sarasota Cottage

We were very comfortable here and very much appreciated Duane. He was always pleasant and swift to reply to any help we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the bird watching and evenings on the screened in porch.
