Enjoy a stylish stay at this spacious, centrally located one king bedroom apartment overlooking the stunning new swimming pool in lush surroundings! Very relaxing space, surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Best location in Sarasota! Wonderful Boutique Village, walk to everything. 20 great restaurants and Morton's Gourmet grocery. 10 minutes to Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. We have a selection of bicycles and kayaks that you are welcome to use during your stay. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available too. Your hosts are available if needed as they live here too and love to share their home and some wine and good cheer if desired!
This is a small resort like community with 6 apartments owned by your host. This is a 2nd floor apartment, with one set of stairs for access. There is a small upper patio at the front and the rear of the apartment. A well stocked kitchen to do all the cooking you would like or 3 minute walk to your choice of 20 restaurants! On site shared laundry room with phone app to let you know of availability and when it's complete! Plenty of on street parking.

Great lication

This cute second story apartment rental is very centrally located in between lido and siesta keys. Downtown and the bay front are minutes away with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is quiet and the pool relaxing.

Siesta Sun and Fun!

My daughter and I wanted a place that was a close drive to Siesta Key, Turtle Beach and surrounding Island beaches. This place was the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hosts are great!

Best pool ever!

It was just great to be able to swim in the sparkling clean 87 water, even when the air temperature was in the 70s. The location was perfect for us, a block or two away from about 15 different restaurants and also a block away from an excellent consignment shop. Everything needed was in our unit and there was no clutter.Very easy to use the laundry room with an app. Our host greeted us and explained the use of everything and I enjoyed talking with her.

Great Location and Host Hospitality

The Hosts were their to greet me and accommodated my early check-in request. The location is an easy walk to a local market, shops and restaurants. The pool is beautiful and heated in the cooler month's. The apartment is lovely. I appreciated the comfy bed too! The truly want you to enjoy your stay. pool is market, shops and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a perfect stay! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The walkability was just what I wanted, great restaurants all around. Dee made me feel welcome and went above and beyond in her communication and thoughtfulness. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. I highly recommend staying here!
