Decent stay

The hotel is quiet, the pool area is very nice. The conveniences of the cafe every morning is great, with breakfast options. The condition of the hotel is a little worn and needs some updating in a few areas. Our shower didn’t drain and we ran out of soap after the first evening. But they gave us bodywash when we requested it. But otherwise, it is a nice hotel for its price.

This property needs a lot of updating. It is next to the river walk which is nice. They have a restaurant that is connected to the hotel that is boarded up with plywood .

The privacy of the Courtyard Marriott just off the bridge facing the river and onto the Riverwalk trail is safe and picturesque

Room was not to our satisfaction.

Our room were staying in smelled and felt very muggy. We did have alive cockroach in one of our bath towels. The worst part was the loud noise that sounded like an outdoor air conditioner unit that would turn on and off throughout the night which would wake up everyone in the room with a loud noise. With that being said it was a very uncomfortable experience for our family with little sleep.

We loved this hotel! Everything was excellent! Customer service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable! The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The towels were soft and fluffy! The location near the river was beautiful! Highly recommend!

We were happy to be close to our family's and Riverwalk. Staff was friendly. The property is older and we realize they were in the middle of renovations. When I booked the reservations I was not informed that the restaurant on site was closed.There was still debris from the hurricanes outside our room what looked to be shingles and water logged drywall.

I was dealing with an extremely stressful family crisis remotely and could not have gotten through it without their help.
