Other things to note
I'd like to share that this condo has been my personal, peaceful getaway for the last few years and it's a pleasure to be able to share it with you! The unit was due for an update and I enjoyed working with the contractor to update every room and I especially had fun selecting the new furnishings. Most everything is new, including the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, all appliances, new flooring, paint, kitchen countertops, and most importantly all windows have been replaced.

A couple of antique furniture pieces have been given new life with several coats of chalk paint and they look fantastic. (The dining table belonged to my grandmother). I spent much time there during this year’s winter months and got to know quite a few “snow birds” in the building, many of whom return year after year and have made friends with other snow birds and full time residents.

The location is perfect if you’re looking to be close to grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The condo is a few short miles away from Publix, BofA, CVS, UTC Mall, Target, The Home Depot, Total Wine, Panera, Chick-fil-A, Seasons 52, Yard House (you'll find fast food to fine dining), and so much more! You'll want to add Marina Jack's, and the wonderful Dry Dock Waterfront Grill to your list of musts!

If you love shopping, a little further out (12 miles), is St. Armands Circle and a must to visit! There are over 100 stores that are walkable one to the other with restaurants mingled in between. St. Armand's was a vision of circus magnate, John Ringling...the history alone is worth the visit!

Like the beach? You're 12-15 miles to Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach. The storage closet is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach...chairs, cooler, beach bag and umbrella.

If you appreciate a beautiful view, you'll enjoy sitting on the glass enclosed lanai looking out over the lake at the golf course and watching the wildlife.

My place is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, Keurig and much more), bathroom (towels, cloths, Dyson hairdryer) and bedroom (sound machine, phone chargers, linens, extra pillows and blankets) - and if there's something special you need, let me know and I'll have it there for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: An application, including a background check is required at the renter's expense for a total cost of $150 ($100 application fee and a $50 processing fee). This is an HOA rule.

Soon after booking, I will send you a copy of the HOA rules and regulations and the application/background check form that you will need to complete and submit ASAP, along with your payment covering the $150 expense. Detailed instructions are on the form.
