This lovely 2BR/2Bath first floor condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen, baths, furniture, beds and linens. This condo is in south Sarasota in the Gulf Gate community, near the Siesta Key bridge. It is well situated for the best Sarasota has to offer. Perfect for couples or families. The unit has 2 bedrooms, with king and queen beds, comfortably accommodating four. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Full new kitchen with cooking utensils and an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. This property has an inviting heated pool with veranda and is a few minutes from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. Nature, excellent golf courses, and parks are close by. Other famous beaches, including Crescent, Lido, Turtle, Longboat Key, and Venice Beaches are a short drive. The condo is in the sought after Gulf Gate Estates community, which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Children are welcome.
