We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Downtown Apartment with Pool, Gym, and Coworking Space in Sarasota! We were there for Orioles Spring Training, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything Sarasota has to offer. It made getting around for games and exploring a total breeze.We especially loved how brand new and modern the place felt: spotless, high-end finishes, and everything impeccably maintained. The refreshing pool was great for unwinding after sunny days, the well-equipped gym kept us active, and the coworking space came in handy too. With two cozy bedrooms and baths, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and pet-friendly setup, it was ideal for our group of four—comfortable and convenient from start to finish.This gem exceeded all expectations and made our Spring Training trip even better. We'll definitely be booking again next year—highly recommend for anyone visiting Sarasota!

Beach Trip

The place was clean and comfortable, pictures look exactly like the apartment. Check-in was excellent, perfect instructions. The host was communicative when we needed something, even when late at night. The location is really nice - walking distance to downtown restaurants, Whole Foods, and the beach trolly that takes you to Lido Beach. The drive to Siesta Key Beach was 15 minutes and it’s 15 minutes to the airport. We loved our stay and having access to the pool and gym.

Second year here! Cant come back because of change in offering short stays! too bad since our manager was very helpful ( left brief case with lap top behind which she brought right out to us latter!
