Relax from the moment you arrive in the peaceful front courtyard, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl flooring throughout, bright, welcoming living spaces, and plenty of room to gather with family and friends.

The comfortable living room features a 65-inch Roku Smart TV, two plush sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats six, with an extension to accommodate up to eight guests.

An air-conditioned sunroom overlooks the pool and provides additional living space with a dining table, workspace, direct Ethernet connection, and basic office supplies, making it ideal for remote work, games, or simply relaxing.

​​​​​​​The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, sliding glass doors, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, along with a large walk-in closet. A second full bathroom features a shower and tub combination.

Outside, your private heated pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining table for six, a fire pit, and a spacious backyard with a charming pineapple garden. It's the perfect place to spend sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings. Please note that pets are welcome in the home but are not permitted in the swimming pool.

Small Oasis right in Sarasota!

This house met all of our needs a more! It was tastefully updated and very clean. Had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and patio and could not believe how close we were to everything! We were able to walk to many of our destinations and everything else was a very short drive away. The host was very helpful and communicating was a breeze! We would give this house a 5 star every time!
