Maureen and Patrick's house was perfect !!. House was so clean and comfortable. We had all the provisions we needed down to the things to take to the beach. Even had the perfect size cooler. We cooked a lot and she had all the dishes for cooking. We love to bike ride. The legacy trail was so close to the house. Yes, they even had bikes for us to ride. The house was so convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood. We loved coming home to our Wood St house every day after a fun day in Sarasota. If your looking for a sweet house to stay in, this is your house !!

Wonderful

The house is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay this past week. The location is very close to Publix grocery, Walgreens pharmacy, and about 15 minutes from the main beach on Siesta Key. We had no trouble finding parking at the main parking lot any time we went to the beach. I took my little dog and we all felt very comfortable. It was very clean and as pictured. We had to leave two days early due to a family emergency that ended up being a death. Maureen was so kind and it really meant so much at a difficult time like that. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Photos match what you see in person! Cute little house close to downtown Sarasota that was clean and had all the essentials. The hosts were great and I'd stay again next time I'm in the area. Would recommend!

Better than advertised! Place was very clean when we arrived. Very well appointed, we didn’t want for anything! Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Used the trolley system successfully! Would definitely go back!

Perfect House for Our Stay in Sarasota

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and location was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals on nights we didn't go out. The house was very clean and the perfect size for the myself, husband and dog. We especially liked the screened-in porch and fenced in yard for the pup. Our dog loved his daily walk around Payne Park (very close). Also Maureen was kind enough to bring us 2 bikes so we could ride on the Legacy Trial which was fun. Thanks for making our stay memorable, we'll be back.

Family vacation

The house was in a perfect location to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key beaches. It was a quick walk to the local playground for our young son who loves to run around. Maureen was very communicative and flexible on our arrival time. She kindly set up the pack-n-play and booster seat which were two less things we needed to pack and worry about upon arrival. The backyard was an added bonus and the house was very clean.

First, let me say how helpful the landlords were when we arrived quite tired on our trip and showed us how everything worked. Wood street rental

This was the first time that I rented a property site unseen. The property was perfect. Very clean. Everything a person would need is already there. Only thing a person needs to bring is food, clothes and toiletries. The experience was perfect. It was everything and more than I expected. My experience with the person that I dealt with was exceptional and nothing but pleasant. I would definitely rent from them again And most definitely would recommend them
