I would like a full refund. I checked in. Came back and there were cickroaches on my toothbrush and all over the bathroom and the AC was not working. I left and the desk person offered me another room but i was so creeped out i could not stay there. They offered only excuses. Pleas refund.

Upon checking in, they asked about pets, I told them no pets, then they cleaning our room and found dog hair in the bed, finally i said, go look for yourself! It came from a blanket i had brought From home. Anyway, the room was clean but bathroom window opening handle was broken. He put a rock on the outside to keep ot closed but wouldn't have stopped anyone from going through the window! Would i stay again? Probably not, was the rate goid, yes, the rate was good and the pool was clean with a cute outdoor sitting area...outside of the motel, not so pretty!

The room was very clean, however the bathroom widow didn't shut or open, the ac didn't really function making the room hot and uncomfortable at night. On our second night my sister woke up to a bug crawling on her hand, which upset her.

Rooms are in a very bad shape. The AC in the room is too noisy. You can hear the Neigbor’s in the adjoining room snore.

The management was extremely rude! !” In addition, they promised me up my things and left; only to tell me that I had no refund and they were keeping my money! I am a CPA and a frequent traveler as a consultant and I recommend that nobody stay at this hotel ever!!

What a cute, reasonably priced family owned and operated business to stay in the heart of St Pete Beach! Very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was crystal clear, but the heater hadn’t been installed yet so a bit chilly. We also wished there was ICE available!! I would recommend and stay here again.
