Julio is quite the gentleman, and Valeria was very efficient checking us in .. The complementary breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel! Talk about a huge variety of hot and cold options! The pool and workout areas were clean and organized, no icky feelings touching the surfaces of equipment or counters.. rooms are very spacious and modern, and clean... Your feet don't stick to the floor! A+ service...

Although the room was clean and updated, the hotel had a few areas of improvement. The elevator was not working on our floor and the second one was out of order. The parking was horrible with people parking across the street and they decide to charge you for it. The halls were muggy and the paint in the lobby ceiling was peeling. We did not get room service or use the amenities. The staff was friendly.
