Magnificent Magnolia House

Magnolia house was exactly what we were looking for. We always look for a place that has the “WOW” factor. From the moment you open the front door, you see why you chose this house. It was beautifully decorated, with artwork on most walls throughout the house. The house was updated, clean and very comfortable. Not to mention it’s in a great location for the area. But that lanai, was where we spent most of our time relaxing, in the pool and soaking in the hot-tub. The communication with the Owner and Host Jen was absolutely amazing. Jen was so helpful in recommending places of interest, things to do, restaurants and so much more. She stayed in contact with us every few days, just to see if there was something more she might be able to help with. This house is exceptional and so is the Owner and Host Jen.

Girl’s Trip

This is like your home away from home, you want for nothing because it’s all there. Our trip consisted of 4 of us, myself, 2 adult daughters & 7 yr old granddaughter, we loved the layout for us so we each had our privacy. The beds were wonderful and we slept like babies. We absolutely loved the pool/hot tub and outside patio area!!! We played games, watched movies, used the game table and relaxed. The home is perfectly located to all the places we went so that was great. Our host Jen was amazing from start to finish, checking in to see how things were and if we needed anything. Perfect home, perfect stay

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, the amenities and the management. We loved the location, close to downtown and easy to get to beaches. Very nice neighborhood. The home itself is so comfortable, well decorated, well maintained and stocked with great amenities. Kitchen has everything anyone would need, beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor living space was such a treat. Pool/hot tub are pristine and outdoor kitchen/grill area was clean and great for having meals in. Everything about this house is well thought out and you can tell Jen is super intuitive about what guests need and want. Jen was also very responsive to any questions and made everything easy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect home away from home

We stayed at the Magnolia House for a family vacation! It was absolutely perfect! The house is decorated beautifully, so clean and organized and had everything we needed to feel comfortable! The pool and hot tub provided great entertainment for our kids, as well as the gaming table! The house is in the perfect location to all the beaches, restaurants and stores. Jen was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times to see if we needed anything! We will definitely be back!

Great home and location!

We had a great stay at the Magnolia house! It was very clean, modern and well appointed, including nice touches like coffee, easy labeling, local recommendations and all the kitchen items you need to feel comfortable and at home. In addition, the location is great, just minutes from the beach, downtown Sarasota, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

Terrific for families

My wife and our three daughters loved this house. The house has everything you could possibly need - from pool toys to beach gear. Also, everything is labeled at the home and is very organized which we really appreciated. The access to downtown and other dinner spots is great. We look forward to coming back to this property again!

AMAZING House!!!

We absolutely loved this place! The house was just amazing! The host was very good at communicating and making sure we were good with everything! We would definitely stay here again. There are some restaurants within walking distance and grocery store was also within walking distance. To a of restaurants winning 10-15 minutes. The siesta key beach was the best beach! Bricks Smoked Meats restless our absolute favorite restaurant about ten or so minutes away! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a beautiful home! We had a wonderful time here! The house was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and every detail seemed to be considered—from the art on the walls to the little pins above each doorframe to pop open the security locks if they accidentally got pushed. (We didn’t have to use but I imagine guests with children would be happy those were there!) Pool, spa and beach gear were perfect and elevated our stay from great to unforgettable! The host Jen was fabulous too. Thank you!

Jen made our stay so wonderful. She was quick to respond when we had questions. The home was clean and so well thought out. This place is a gem!

Selfishly I don't want to leave a good review, because I want to hog this property for myself. That being said, our stay was AMAZING! Jen thought of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, including but not limited to: -lots of activities for kids (pool, hot tub, electronic game table which was a hit, bikes, beach toys and supplies, books in bedroom, games) -Very detailed binder highighting restaurants, things to do in Sarasota, things to do with kids, etc. -gas grill and all necessary cooking supplies, along with cookbooks to cook whatever your heart desires -beautiful spacious home with ceiling fans in every bedroom -personalized soaps and shampoos This is literally the best house we've ever stayed in and we will be back for sure. Jen went the extra mile to check in and make sure our stay was going well and that we had everything we needed. You won't be disappointed to stay here!

Great Family Getaway
