1.5 miles to downtown Sarasota, 2 miles to Lido/Longboat Key beaches, 4 miles to Siesta Key (America's #1 beach).

Magnolia Bahay is a private bungalow style duplex with each unit having a private driveway and dividing fence.

The space
Old Florida bungalow style home renovated/restored interior with hardwood floors, beachy decor, and meticulous attention to detail. Cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom set up, kitchen, living room, dishwasher and complimentary laundry machines.

Furniture and bedding for optimum comfort and relaxation.

Relax on the back patio in the large fenced-in backyard. Perfect for great conversation and enjoying the stars.
Central air conditioning throughout the home including the front porch will keep you comfortable after a day at the beach.

Our Bahay is a bungalow style home with 1050 feet living space.
Guest access
Full private access to the enclosed front porch, 2 bedroom/1 bath private living area, kitchen, back patio, yard, and driveway. Driveway holds 3 cars, plus ample street parking.

Located on a quiet side street within walking distance to main access road with nearby restaurants/shops. It is across the street from a Blue Ribbon Middle school.

*We abide by all Sarasota rental rules and regulations. One of which is a 7 day/7 night minimum rental period. Please message us for further details as we strive to work with each guest to appropriately accommodate to their individual needs.*

Perfect central location to enjoy the beaches, museums, arts, and downtown Sarasota!
There is an outdoor perimeter camera for the safety of our guests as well as the residence.
No loud parties, no pets and no smoking inside the home.
The home guide is located in the living room.

Check in is 3:00 pm.
Check out is 10 am.
Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule due to increased Covid-19 cleaning demands.
-A $50 late fee will be assessed for check outs after 10:30 am

Perfect!

This was a very nice place to stay. My friend and I stayed for 3 weeks here and it was the perfect size and very reliable. Didn’t have any problems. Nice neighborhood! Felt like home for the time we stayed. Definitely would recommend this place! :)

Wonderful little bungalow close to everything

While my daughters and I did not come to Sarasota for a vacation, we did love staying here. Aida was so kind and helpful, when she learned that we were coming to FL. to care for my grandfather, she offered her assistance and condolences when my grandfather passed. The house was clean and perfect for the three of us to sleep, cook dinner and relax for a while. I would highly recommend this home and this property owner!

Great stay

I stayed for a week, the pictures perfectly capture the quality of what you get. The host was nice and easy to contact, not that I needed to. The location is good for tourist attractions, but the school across the street does provide some morning noises on the weekdays. Air conditioning worked good, I felt comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well enough for most everything and the wifi was good enough for streaming and gaming on multiple devices at once. Would definitely stay again in the future

Right by the college in Sarasota

Blocks from the water not a beach but bench with clear views. It’s this very cute 2 bedroom home doesn’t feel small but cozy. Great kitchen set up no dishwasher . The washer and dryer in the patio is pretty new /Modern. Bathroom is tile no tub very nice shower at that. There is is front room with a window AC that gets really cold even on a hot day. Great room to play games or sit around . I will be staying again around spring if available definitely recommend
