The location is convenient to several grocery stores, many restaurants and shopping and minutes from Siesta Key! ***PLEASE NOTE** There is one security camera on each side of the house facing the side yard, one on the porch facing the driveway, one under the carport facing the side door, and a Ring doorbell on the door under the carport. There are no devices inside the house.

Fantastic property with excellent amenities

Our family stayed here during our spring break this year and had a really great time. The property has tons of amenities including a private pickleball court and a HUGE back yard. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sara and family for a great stay!

Family Gathering

Banyan Cottage was absolutely delightful! What a happy, bright house with everything you can possibly need and more. Sara was the perfect hostess with quick responses to any question. We are already looking forward to returning for another visit.
