Very bad working air conditioner

This house has good location, close to beach, close to shopping, but the problems : Air conditioner working very bad: very noise and not really cooling, celling fan also very noise , not enough kitchen utensils, bathroom does not have any ventilation and if you want to open window in bathroom ,you can not do it, beacause windows very very old .
