Bring the whole family to this newly renovated 4 bedroom house, with lots of room for fun. Heated pool available from November to April. Large, bright, modern home that was recently renovated. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms ( 2 King size beds and 2 Queen size beds). Three out of four bedrooms have their own smart TVs (Netflix included) There is a large living-room connected to the kitchen area as well as dining-room. Large wooden table with 8 chairs in the dining room. Two bathrooms, two showers and one stand alone bathtub.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Features include laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Clean, well equipped, and comfortable residence for our stay. We are a family of 5 and had a great stay. Location is about 20 minutes from the beach. Great way to be close to the beach but also get away from the hustle and bustle during winter break.
