We had a nice stay. The favorite thing about the house was the layout. The only negative eere two items: 1. There was a faulty shower rod that would not stay up, so we ended up runnign to Wal-Mart to buy one. 2. We also had to re-stock paper towels because it didn't wven half a quarter of a roll of paper towels.The location was good and the interior of the house was spacious and clean.

The place was beautiful and close to the beach. There is plenty to do around the area. Plus Venice is a 30 min drive. Great place to find shells and shark teeth.

Issues with house had to be switched

There was an issue with house so when we were leaving for the house we received a call from property manager. They had another house available and due to the short notice and holiday weekend we had no choice but to take it. The house we stayed at was ok but was not as nice as the home we intended to rent. After we arrived we had no running water but the property manager came out within the hour to turn it on. Not much in the hot water department. Other then that the home was nice and cold with a good working AC and good fridge.
