Rambler, one level house with pool. The 4th bedroom is a detached apartment off of the side patio. It has its own bathroom. Guest(s) will have access to the whole home, backyard and pool area, and the detached apartment. NO access to the garage.

SAFETY at the POOL
 NO DIVING – the pool has deeper end but NOT DEEP ENOUGH for DIVING
 ALWAYS have someone at least 18 and up on lifeguard duty and in charge of keeping track of all swimmers
 The pool comes with pool cage

 NO access to the garage
 Kids/baby items are available upon request. Add’l cleaning services are available for an added cost
