With amenities including AC, an iron, and a hair dryer, guests will have everything they need. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our lovely condo. Facil;ities include large pool, hot tub, Tennis Courts,one of which is a multi use court with pickle ball nets, BBQ Area and Club House with pool table.

We are ideally located for easy access to all routes serving all local attractions.

We are a short drive from the wonderful and award winning Siesta Key Beach. If you are a golfer, take your pick, there is a course for everyone within the local area. If fishing is your thing, you can choose either from the beach or a boat charter. Local attractions include The Ringling Museum and House, The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine, Myakka River State Park

There are a number of Association restrictions and house rules, these include: No Dogs, No Pets, No Motor Cycles, No Panel Vans or Work Vehicles, No Oversized trucks, if you drive a truck please provide your vehicle information before making your reservation.
