We can't wait to welcome you to Sarasota Sunset Cove! Newly furnished in an incredibly private and peaceful cul de sac just minutes from Siesta Key. Thoughtfully designed and decorated with the comfort of our family and yours in mind. Enjoy 12 foot ceilings, an open floor plan and 4 pool access points from the sitting room, living room, master bedroom and pool bath. Dining seating for 8. Comfortable living and sitting rooms with leather couches, washer/dryer and large master suite with jetted tub, tiled shower and walk-in closet. The home is full of French windows and doors letting in the beautiful Florida sunlight.

This tropical oasis features 4 bedrooms (K/sleep number, Q, Q, Twin over Double bunk), 2 1/2 bathrooms with the 1/2 bath accessible from both the pool and the house. Sun filtering blinds and blackout curtains in all bedrooms for sleeping preferences. The Lanai is hard to beat with a heated, sunny, saltwater pool surrounded by a shaded sectional, 4 loungers and a combo fire pit dining table. The pool patio leads to a fenced in backyard great for children. If you want to leave this private paradise it's just a left out of the neighborhood and a quick left onto Stickney Point and you're over the bridge to the most beautiful beach in the U.S.! 4 miles to Siesta Key Village shopping and dining. Head straight across Tamiami Trail to get to Publix or the popular Gulf Gate walking community. Take a right for easy access to Costco, Target, many more restaurants, and shopping.

Our family has visited Siesta Key for the last 15 years. After renting a home in Sarasota in 2021 for the first time, we fell in love with the privacy and convenience of home and easy access to the beach while avoiding the traffic on the key. The perfect mix of being home while at the beach.

This is a home ready for tons of fun and buckets of family memories! If loud parties is what you're after, there are many other great places to rent.

Relaxing Stay in Paradise

Our stay at sunset cove was incredible! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was definitely a highlight clean, private, and great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was also fantastic, close to Siesta Key Beach, shops, restaurants and St armands circle. The host was responsive when we needed something done, plus making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the pristine condition of the property, its modern design, and the warm, welcoming vibe. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation—stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and even beach gear like chairs and umbrellas.The location is a dream, just a quick drive to Siesta Key’s world-famous powdery white sand beaches. We loved being close enough to enjoy the vibrant restaurants and shops in the area but still tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood for ultimate relaxation. Beautiful home in the middle of everything, but you wouldn’t know it. Extremely private, and surprisingly quiet! House has everything you need and more. No need to bring your beach stuff as this house has you covered. Chairs, umbrellas, cart, toys, cooler bags, and coolers. Outside area is 100% private. Siesta Key beach is a 12 min drive away, Lido beach is a 22 min drive away. Get to the beaches early between 9-10. We would definitely go back!

Vacation Sarasota Gem Property

From the moment we arrived my wife was in tears at how nice this home was. The property had a great vibe and Josh and Lacey were awesome and responded promptly during the entire process. From the decor, cleanliness, pool/beach accessories, the welcome basket I honesty could go on! We really enjoyed everything about this home, again my wife didn't want to leave. Great Florida Getaway

We had a great stay at this property. Josh was an excellent host and was very responsive to a couple of questions that we had. The property was great for our family. We had our kids and their families during a portion of the stay. Everyone had great accommodations for the stay. The Wi-Fi was great our family that had to conduct business while they were staying with us. The pool and backyard was in great condition and we were able to spend a significant time outdoors taking advantage of the great weather we had. The pool towels and the beach chairs/toys were a great benefit. The kitchen was well equipped that allowed us to easily prepare the meals that we enjoyed there. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely recommend this property. Josh et al- Thanks for a great experience!!

Just Perfect

What a lovely home and perfectly equipped! Clean, just as listed, with a really lovely pool. My husband and I, his brother, our adult daughter and adult nephew all stayed here for several days, hosting dinners and afternoons with assorted family traveling from many places for a memorial service . Perfect for entertaining. Those staying at the house were between 30 and 60 yers of age, but (with our hosts’ permission) folks from 4-94 we’re around for lunch, dinner, a swim. Super convenient to shopping, beaches. Very comfortable for a swim , a dinner, an evening of reminiscing. Comfy beds; extra clean for a VRBO (felt like home) and other than cheese knives, I never reached for anything I couldn’t find! Welcoming snacks; clear instructions in the house guide, and -BONUS- a call from the owner to make certain I had his cell # and everything was fine. Truly 5 stars!

Memorable First VRBO Experience, Highly Recommend Sunset Cove

We drove 16 hours with our kids and arrived earlier then expected, communication with the owners was prompt and they kindly allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean, organized and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We were pleasantly surprised it had pool and beach toys for the kids as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. My wife loved the fact that the door to the pool chimed on the alarm pad every time it was opened which gave her peace of mind with our youngest children. The house was conveniently located minutes from the beach and a 15 minute drive from St. Armand's Circle so it was the perfect location for us. The lanai and pool was our favorite place to be in the house. We will definitely return again in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

Absolutely the perfect experience. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Beaches were super close, within minutes. If we ever venture back to Siesta Key/ Sarasota this will definitely be where we stay.

Great property!! You will not be disappointed!

Our family and some friends stayed here for a week this summer and we were all very impressed with everything this house has to offer. The neighborhood is tucked away from any traffic and is super quiet. The house itself is appointed to the nines. The owners have thought of everything you could need during your stay. We didn't use them, but there are baby and infant supplies available if you need them for your stay. All of the bedrooms are immaculate and the furnishings in the house are up to date and very nice! The owners are very easy to contact as well as the property manager. They were VERY responsive and you will not want for anything. Don't hesitate to book this house for your next vacation, you will NOT be disappointed.

This is a truly wonderful home to stay at! We were amazed! This is by far the best house we have rented, and believe me we stayed in many other vacation homes other than that. The house was super clean, tidy, organized, nicely decorated, and equipped with all necessary essential items. The house is located in the quiet neighborhood close the grocery stores, restaurants, and the Siesta Key. The Lanai was amazing and the pool had crystal clear water. Perfect house for our family!

This house was exceptional. It was clean and beautifully decorated. My family quickly made it our own for the week. We were pleased to see how well stocked it was and easily made a big breakfast each morning. The beds were very comfy and the pool was perfect size for us. The kids swam first thing in the morning and all day into the night. Siesta Key beach is amazing. At first, we were a little concerned with the distance to the beach, but once over the bridge, it was a quick drive to the public parking. Overall, a fantastic vacation that we didn’t want to end!!☀️☀️☀️

Great property in Sunset Cove

This was a great house in an ideal location. We took our family and 10 month old granddaughter, couldn’t have been more comfortable!! The house was located on a quiet cul-de- sac and stocked with every amenity. The owners could not have been nicer and they were always available to answer questions. The best part of the property was the beautiful back yard and heated salt water pool. We loved it and so did the baby!! If we return to Sarasota next year this is where we will stay. This property was a fabulous vacation rental!!

Winter Get-Away

The house was nicely appointed and comfortable located in a very private and quiet neighborhood but it was still very convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, activities and town. The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed the outdoor area. The owners and property manager were very approachable and very responsive. We had a great stay and we look forward to staying at Sunset Cove again.
