We always choose to stay at this hotel when we visit Saratoga. However we found dog poop in our room, which led me to believe that they may be lacking in cleanliness. We notified the staff and they cleaned it up but I was still disappointed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Thank you for the welcome drink and snack package as well. I also had the cod dish at the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. And the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. It's the best hotel I've stayed at recently among those of a similar standard. I want to go back again!
