Disappointed in the service. Arrived to the hotel and went to the room, began settling in with baggage and setting up the foldout couch bed. The bed was not made (blanket, sheets, pillows etc), called to the front desk and asked if they could send housekeeping to make the bed they stated that the linen was in a closet. I asked if they could still send up housekeeping as we would be leaving and returning after midnight. The front desk stated that they understood and would have housekeeping make the bed. Arrived at the room a little after midnight to find that a place bag containing the linen was left on the bed (called the front desk to leave a note to management of the issue), they offered to assist, but by that time it was well into the evening and everyone else was already asleep. Won’t be staying at Embassy Suites and won’t recommend it to anyone else (At least at this location).

I wouldn’t recommend Room 223 to anyone. At 5:15 AM, there was loud truck activity including beeping and banging that woke us up. It continued for a while, and afterwards, the truck engine was left running for at least 30 minutes. I looked out and the loading dock was directly below our room. There was a semi with the rear door open and no one around. Never got back to sleep.

From before we arrived the staff was wonderful! Very impressed with the hotel and the little perks like the evening happy hour reception with free drinks & snacks. Location is great, easy parking and very walkable to downtown. Great breakfast included as well!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very clean and large and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast is better than any I’ve had in any hotel, and the complimentary happy hour is an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel.
