We have stayed here multiple times and this visit was a little disappointing. When we had maid service, they left wet towels on the bed and bathroom floor. Otherwise, the visit was nice!

Old hotel. Very nice though. Hotel was costly for a weekend but was comparable with other hotels in that area for the same weekend. Traveling to Saratoga Springs during horse race season is pricey. Best perk for this hotel is that if you are seeing a show at SPAC, you can tailgate on the grounds and walk a few hundred feet to show. Its location is what gives it value.

The location is good. A little far from shopping and restaurants but have a shuttle service. Not sure what the amenities fee was for, staff didnt clarify or explain what amenities where offered. Elevators were down, only one working out of 3 and you apparently needed staff to utilize the 1 that was functioning. Hotel didn't have a bar/restaurant. Stayed in a suite but it didnt have a microwave, had to use a microwave on the gift shop. A odd issue, shower was shaky. The floor of the tub seemed loose and wobbly as if it was poorly installed or made of plastic. Seemed borederline unsafe.

It was great but the check in process was so slow. And the elevators not working is a nightmare when you’re on the 5th floor. My room was extremely expensive and was sad that the elevator wasn’t working.
