Beautiful contemporary house located on a quiet street just a pleasant half-mile walk to Broadway. Stylishly decorated with interior features including a dramatic living-dining room area with 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling "statement" fireplace, counter-to-ceiling tiling in kitchen, custom-designed wet bar, oversized windows and doors allowing sunlight to pour in, and open kitchen with large island for food prep and entertaining.

Primary bedroom is on first floor with walk-in closet and modern-designed bathroom. Two-car garage and ample off-street parking.

Lower-level amenities include a lounge area with sleek billiards table and dedicated dart area, and a fully-equipped fitness center with treadmill, elliptical, rower, free weights and bench.

Relax in the exterior living space on the upper patio with gas fireplace and massive umbrella for shade; or enjoy the lower patio with outdoor kitchen.
