Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes.

Otel genel olarak güzel, butik ve minimal bir yapıya sahip. Ancak bazı alanlar oldukça sıcak ve bunaltıcı olabiliyor. Yarım pansiyon konakladım. İlk akşam set menü verildi; alternatif yoktu ama porsiyonlar doyurucuydu. Açık büfe olarak tercih etmiştim, ikinci akşam açık büfe vardı fakat ana yemeklerde genelde tavuk ve hindi ağırlıklıydı, çeşit oldukça sınırlıydı. Akşam yemeği genel anlamda çeşit açısından zayıf kaldı. Kahvaltı ise standart seviyede, beklentiyi karşılıyor ama çok zengin değil. Cumartesi akşamı restoranda canlı müzik vardı. Rock ve pop çalan grup gerçekten çok eğlenceliydi, bayıldım. Canlı müzik olması ve bu grubun sahne alması o akşamı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Personel ise genel olarak ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle kat hizmetleri oldukça özenliydi. Genel değerlendirme olarak 10 üzerinden 7 veririm.

Geçen senede aynı tesiste konaklamıştık ancak çok şey değişmiş. 2 gece konaklama da sahuna çalışmadı. Odada resepsiyona bağlanan tel çalışmıyor . Kalöriferler yanmıyor . Klima ile ısının dediler .
