This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is located in Las Palmas, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Playas Del Coco. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops! Very nice pool and communal area available for use and includes parking. Located on the 2nd floor with high ceilings, the entire condo is yours to use. All rooms are air conditioned and nicely furnished. The condo is designed with "pura vida" style living in mind. Enjoy the large balcony overlooking the pool.

Nice and safe area

We don’t have a car cut there are restaurants and groceries that are within walking distance.The house has everything we need. Plenty of towels. The pool is very nice. We were confused about how to use the washer and dryer at first but it was resolved after asking around. It could be explained in the binder a little bit though. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing the coffee.

We stayed here 1 yr ago and there were a number of deficiencies that were corrected. This year we still felt the unit lacked some essentials, but overall we had a great stay.

Morpho #2. Great location and excellent pool.

Ideal property for 4 people. Beautiful setting with an oversized pool. The condo was not quite as well equipped in the kitchen as we would have liked, but after contacting owner all was resolved. However,the kettle may need to be replaced very soon.
