Casa Siete is a spacious, single-level ocean view villa in the exclusive Pacifico community of Playas del Coco. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers 3,300 sq. ft. of open, airy living space that flows seamlessly onto a stunning infinity-edge pool terrace overlooking the Pacific.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll from the main gate gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have full, private access to the home. The garage is only open for the homeowners.

The home’s open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. The kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove, wine bar, and breakfast seating for five. Step outside to covered patios with dining for six, lounge chairs, and a shaded seating area—ideal for enjoying ocean breezes from sunrise to sunset. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV, and those needing telework will love the office nook with a desk and chair. Casa Siete has ample space for families and couples, and offers great privacy with the location of the bedrooms being set on either side of the home.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate.  There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.


We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

The PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX offers guests access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is NOT provided.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
