Just a 1-minute walk to restaurants and shops, this second-floor end unit has a spacious covered terrace that is shaded by large Beach Almond trees. The terrace has views of the pool, but it set-back several units, giving you privacy while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening beverage.

Jade Beach A is just a 1-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
