We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 30-minutes from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants. Playa Hermosa is a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.

Guests have full, private access to the home and apartment

The main level of Villa Rose features an open-concept great room with a 75” Smart TV, dining for 10, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with GE appliances, wine fridge, walk-in pantry, and breakfast bar seating for 4. Oversized sliding doors open completely to the covered terrace, outdoor dining area, Broil King BBQ, and infinity pool — creating one seamless entertaining space. This level also includes one of the king bedroom suites, offering convenience and privacy on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional king bedroom suites in the main house, along with a dedicated oceanview office with high-speed internet (160 Mbps down / 15 Mbps up).

A separate guest apartment — connected via covered access — includes two queen suites, a living area (with sofa sleeper), kitchen, and balcony, making it ideal for extended family or guests who prefer additional privacy while remaining connected to the main home and pool area.

The home also includes a 2-car garage and large driveway, ductless A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms, and gated entry to both the community and the residence.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 14, the pricing starts for groups of 8.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

SLEEPING SPACES - GUEST APARTMENT
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Please note that guests using the sofa bed do not have direct access to a bathroom and will need to enter one of the bedroom ensuites. For this reason, the sofa bed is best suited for children or family members comfortable sharing access.

GETTING AROUND - Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
